Position Overview
As a Service Advisor at Audi Miami South, you will embody our commitment to delivering an unparalleled client experience in a sophisticated and upscale environment.

You will be the primary liaison between our esteemed clientele and our expert service team, managing their service needs with precision and elegance.
From the moment a customer walks through our doors, you will provide them with exceptional service, ensuring their vehicle maintenance or repairs are handled seamlessly and to the highest standards of luxury.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and determine their service needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide detailed estimates for repairs and services, explaining the scope of work and associated costs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage service flow to ensure efficient operation.
- Liaise and collaborate with technicians to ensure clear communication regarding service requirements and progress.
- Follow up with customers to provide updates on the status of their vehicles and address any concerns.
- Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and filed properly utilizing CDK and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, OUtlook).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems and service procedures to provide accurate advice.
- Promote dealership services and products, including extended warranties and maintenance packages.
- Liaise with vendors and body shops and extended warranty companies to provide accurate estimates.
Qualifications
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a luxury automotive dealership is desired
- Professional with great sales and customer service skills
- Capable of making the best decision that will benefit the customer and the company
- The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or interacting with customers.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move about the dealership floor as needed.
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and handle paperwork.
Working Conditions :
- Work is performed in a dealership environment that can be both office and shop floor-based.
- Exposure to varying levels of noise and temperature changes from the service area.
- Interaction with a diverse customer base and team members.
- Standard working hours with potential for occasional overtime based on customer and business needs.
