Are you ready to jump on track with an opportunity in Human Resources? At Kings Dominion, work is FUN! Starting as an entry-level New Hire Onboarding Assistant for Human Resources, you'll assist new hires and rehires with their employment needs while gaining knowledge in employee relations!
As a Human Resouces Front Desk Onboarding Assistant you will also :
- Perform general office work such as answering phones, filing, sorting, scanning, printing ids, and onboard new and rehires.
- Assist with variety of associate needs such as password resets, ID printing, employment questions, and application questions.
- Interact with and assist individuals in an outgoing, friendly, and professional manner.
- Utilize various computer programs (HRIS, ATS, Background Screening) to enter and update associate information.

Qualifications :
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service when interacting with associates, coworkers and guests.
- Basic computer (Microsoft Office) and typing skills.
- Possess writing and basic math skills with good organization skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and rapidly changing office environment.
- Flexible and willing to gain a broader knowledge of Human Resources procedures.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a current and valid driver's license and submit it upon request.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
- Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
- Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
