Role Summary
As a Clay Guide Front Desk, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service at our Tampa location- greeting clients, managing schedules, supporting clinical staff, administrative workflows, and serving as a warm, professional, and knowledgeable first impression of Clay. You will collaborate closely with the clinical team, health coaches, and other Clay Guides to orchestrate client care and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience and Front Desk
Greet clients promptly, warmly, and professionally.
Manage client checkin and checkout processes.
Assist new clients with registration and orientation.
Verify and update client contact and health information.
Help maintain the clinic environment.
Administrative and Operational Support
Process client payments and reconcile transactions.
Generate daily reports and manage documentation.
Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and maintain client records.
Monitor and manage supply inventory.
Client Advocacy and Communication
Serve as liaison between clients and the care team.
Identify and report client feedback or process improvements.
Educate clients about Clay programs and care pathways.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
Experience in front-desk, concierge, or client service roles preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with office software and comfort learning EMRs.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Working Conditions and Schedule
On-site role.
Monday through Thursday, 7 : 30 to 12 : 00pm
Potential to grow into Full Time role.
