Vaco is seeking an AP Manager. Fully remote! Healthcare experience a plus.
Position : Accounts Payable Manager
Type : Direct Hire
Location : Remote (Preference for candidates in Eastern or Central Time zones)
Salary : Based on experience - 10% annual discretionary bonus based on department and company performance
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable department, overseeing a team of three.
- Drive process improvements and implement innovative ideas to enhance efficiency.
- Manage the Supplier Invoice Automation process.
- Oversee the corporate card program.
- Ensure compliance and confident handling of 1099 forms.
- Utilize Concur for expense reporting (familiarity with Workday is a plus).
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong leadership skills and a drive for success.
- Ability to assess current processes and make informed decisions.
