About the Role : Were on thehunt for a dynamic Director of Manufacturing& Production Operations to join the hive onbehalf of our clients.
In this role youll oversee all culinaryproduction. If youre passionate about food production facilitiesmanagement and client service and have a knack for managinglargescale operations with financial acumen we want to meetyou!
Your Mission : Manage food production operations for more than 14 facilitieswithin the hospital ensuring timely and highqualitydelivery.
Collaborate with culinary teams to executemenus maintaining consistency and quality across alllocations.
Oversee facilities related to food productionincluding kitchen facilities equipment and storage areas optimizinglayout and workflow.
Act as the primary point of contactfor client interaction addressing concerns planning for futureprojects and enhancing service offerings.
What You Bring : Provenexperience in largescale food manufacturing and productionpreferably within a healthcare or institutional setting.
Expertise in facilities management including knowledge of kitchenequipment maintenance protocols and safety regulations.
Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets analyzefinancial data and drive costsaving initiatives.
Experience working with unionized labor and navigating laborrelations dynamics.
AdditionalRequirements : Must be a United States citizen orauthorized to work in the United States.
Must be at least18 years of age.
Bonus PointsFor : Familiarity with the New York market andregulatory environment.
Exceptional client interactionskills with a track record of building and maintaining strongrelationships.
Understanding of menu development and foodservice operations.
