Position Type : Full-Time, Onsite
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team for the upcoming school year in the Mossy Oaks, SC area.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.
Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students with autism or behavioral disorders.
- Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support and skill-building sessions.
- Collect data on student behavior and progress towards individualized goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
- Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed.
Qualifications :
- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Ability to follow behavior plans and data collection procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
