Our Seattle team is growing, and we are hiring for a driven and people-focused Commercial Roofing Sales Account Manager to join our Service Department!

A Day in the Life

  • Help grow and build our Roofing Service business
  • Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients
  • Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
  • Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders
  • Attend association, industry, and networking events
  • Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
  • Work with Local and National team to promote Flynns brand and services through marketing and social media channels

What We Are Seeking

  • 4 year degree from a recognized construction management, architectural, engineering or business program.
  • Previous experience working in a sales, estimating or service role in the Commercial Roofing industry or an industry alike (servicing commercial clientele).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and construction software.
  • Highly Organized, efficient, and detailed oriented.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Positive and reliable team player.
