Kelly Services is seeking Event Logistics Coordinators for one of our top clients.

Length : Short Term

Type : Contract W2

Schedule : Standard

Job Description : Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for managing events seamlessly? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously?

If so, Kelly has an exciting opportunity for you as an Event Logistics Coordinator.

Responsibilities :

  • Meet and greet learners on the first day of the program, assist with onboarding paperwork, and ensure completion of all paperwork to facilitate smooth onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest speakers, ensuring their needs are met and they are guided seamlessly through the program.
  • Act as a liaison with various teams including catering, AV teams, and remote support staff to ensure all logistical aspects of the event run smoothly.
  • Coordinate session transitions by ensuring presentations are ready, handouts are distributed, and materials are in the right place.
  • Manage the movement of 150+ participants, ensuring they are directed to the correct sessions and are in the right place at the right time.
  • Facilitate Q&A sessions by running the microphone, ensuring participants have the opportunity to ask questions or share comments.
  • Comfortably engage with large crowds (150 - 200 people) and confidently communicate on stage as necessary. Requirements :
  • Previous experience in event coordination or logistics is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and interacting with large groups.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
