JobSummary :

Asa Medical Assistant at Ultra Cryo & Recovery you will playa key role in supporting our clients wellness journeys through safeand effective cryotherapy treatments and personalized care.

Youwill have the opportunity to assist healthcare professionals indelivering exceptional services ensuring a positive andrejuvenating experience for every client.

Additionally you willinteract directly with clients providing education on cryotherapyprocedures and posttreatment care.

By delivering compassionate careand maintaining high standards of service you will contribute toour mission of promoting natural healing and enhancing overallwellbeing.

Thisposition will be parttime paying $15.00 $18.00 per hour withcommission and working 2535 hours per week MondaySaturday.

Responsibilities :

• Greetand check in clients upon arrival ensuring a welcoming and positiveexperience.
• Assistclients with completing intake forms and gathering necessaryinformation fortreatments.
• Monitorclients during cryotherapy sessions ensuring their comfort andsafety.
• Assisthealthcare providers in delivering cryotherapy and wellnesstreatments.
• Preparetreatment rooms and ensure equipment is properly setup.
• Educateclients on treatment procedures and posttreatmentcare.
• Takevital signs and record patient informationaccurately.
• Maintaincleanliness and organization of treatmentareas.
• Assistwith inventory management and supplyordering.
• Cleanand sanitize treatment rooms and equipment after each usemaintaining a hygienicenvironment.
• Handleclient inquiries and provide information about services offered atthespa.
• Scheduleclient appointments and follow up on missed appointments orreschedulingrequests.
• Collaboratewith the spa team to ensure smooth operations and exceptionalcustomerservice.
• Participatein training sessions to stay updated on new treatments proceduresand safetyprotocols.
• Assistwith marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract newclients and enhance businessgrowth.
• Maintainconfidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAAregulations.
• Contributeto a positive work culture by demonstrating professionalismteamwork and a positiveattitude.
• Otherduties may beassigned.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistantprogram preferred.
• Provenexperience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a clinical orspasetting.
• Knowledgeof cryotherapy or willingness to learn about cryotherapyprocedures.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
• Strongcustomer service orientation and ability to work in a teamenvironment.
• Attentionto detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard ofcare.
• CPRcertification(preferred).
