PAYROLL COORDINATOR

Description : Fort Lee Public Schools is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for all payroll functions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with New Jersey Public School payroll and business office processes.
  • Minimum of three years of experience with payroll processing.
  • Experience and competency using electronic payroll systems, New Jersey and Federal data systems, and data processing applications including but not limited to Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Ability to read, write and clearly communicate with staff.
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve, set goals, and work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions : 12 month, full time position, negotiated salary plus benefits
