What's your day like?
As a new Memory Care Coordinator at The Heritage of Twin Creeks Assisted Living, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing personalized care plans for residents with memory impairments.

Requirements for this Memory Care Coordinator job
To excel as a Memory Care Coordinator at The Heritage of Twin Creeks Assisted Living, candidates must meet the following qualifications :
- Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of prior senior living experience, preferably with at least one year of prior Caregiver and / or Med Tech experience.
- Candidates should be at least 18 years old, have basic computer skills, and be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
