LHH is seeking temporary administrative assistants for contract work near Long Beach, CA.
Pay is between 23-25 / hour depending on experience.
Drug and Background check may be required.
Duties are below :
Clerical : Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and take and deliver messages
Scheduling : Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and plan meetings
Correspondence : Draft, edit, and distribute emails, letters, memos, faxes, and forms
Organization : Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Support : Assist other staff members, provide general support to visitors, and act as a point of contact for clients
Other : Update databases and spreadsheets, prepare meeting agendas, research and compile information, work with vendors and maintenance staff, and ensure deadlines are met
