Responsibilities :
- Marketing Leadership : Develop and implement a long-term strategic marketing vision for the US business, building a robust marketing structure & strategy.
- Financial Performance : Ensure optimal financial performance by working closely & reporting to the CEO & Global CEO, setting and achieving ambitious growth targets, maximizing profitability, and managing risk effectively.
- Market Expertise : Possess a deep understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulations.
Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation with all other departments
Requirements :
- Ability to communicate in English & Chinese, to liaise with internal stakeholders.
- At least 10 years' experience in a leadership function, formulating strategies & guiding cross functional teams to success.
- Strong marketing background from the Financial Services or Technology space.
- Ability to thrive in a fluid, scale up environment.
