BrandStar Connect provides strategic partnership to other businesses by supporting their direct marketing and customer service needs.
We are seeking candidates for full time IT Sales Coordinator opportunities supporting a technology client with SAAS products focusing on AI solutions.
IT Sales Coordinators are responsible for making outbound business development calls to identify and secure resellers for our client's technology service.
This involves B2B (business to business) calls to IT Consulting companies and VARs (Value Added Resellers) to grow our client's sales channel.
Specific duties include :
- Conduct outbound calls to appropriate prospects, introduce the company's services, and invite prospect to attend a seminar regarding the AI compliance solution.
- Assist in the growth and development of the client's reseller network.
- Work with our client and the new partner to ensure both parties have required information and documentation to ensure a smooth partner onboarding process.
- Follow up with decision maker to provide additional information as needed.
These positions are based in our Deerfield Beach location.
Requirements :
- Must have prior sales experience. Business to business experience preferred.
- Prior experience working or education in the IT field highly preferred.
- Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with business decision makers, owners, and appropriate managers.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
