Job Title : Bilingual Warehouse Fulfillment Lead (Spanish and English)
Location : Savannah, GA
Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (flexibility required for 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM)
Salary : $19 - $22 per hour, depending on experience
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Fulfillment Lead to join our dynamic ecommerce and retail team.
As a Fulfillment Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our fulfillment operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead a team of fulfillment associates to ensure efficient and accurate order processing in an e-commerce and retail setting.
- Utilize scan guns to track inventory and manage stock levels.
- Operate various equipment including Electric Pallet Jacks ( EPJ ), sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
- Multitask effectively to manage multiple priorities and meet operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, both in English and Spanish.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in a floor lead or supervisory role within a fulfillment or warehousing environment.
- Proven experience with scan guns and warehouse management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Proficiency in operating EPJs , sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and / or order pickers.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to varying shift schedules as needed.
