- Develop in-depth product / service knowledge to communicate offerings effectively to consumers.
- Report customer feedback to the Marketing Associate Manager to improve retention strategies.
- Participate in weekly meetings to refine marketing strategies and align with client needs.
- Build a professional network with other Marketing Associates to enhance communication techniques.
Candidate Requirements :
- A degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Communications is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and take initiative when solving problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences.
- Desire to grow professionally and continuously expand your skill set.
- Willingness to receive feedback and implement changes quickly.
- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or sales is an asset.
