As the Chief of Operations, you will play a key role in overseeing the retail bank branch operations of our client company.
This position requires relocation to the Gulf Coast of Texas and all relocation expenses will be reimbursed by the bank.
You must have hands on Deposit Operations Management responsibilites in your backgroud.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize retail bank branch operations
- Oversee staff and ensure efficient, effective customer service
- Analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies
