We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 6+ month project with our energy client in Walnut Creek, CA.
Responsibilities
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, including new client calls, processing / scanning mail
- Drafting documents, transcription, identifying, saving, and filing legal documents
- Assisting with relationships with vendors and clients
- Organizing and scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Chronologizing medical records, billing and handling client payments
- Drafting HIPPA authorizations, assisting attorneys with administrative tasks,
- Working with co-workers as part of a team, and other tasks as they arise and as the team member demonstrates the ability to handle higher level tasks.
- Possible legal secretary experience
