MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Front Desk Management : Oversee daily activities to ensure timelines are met and maintain an organized front desk, conference rooms, and office environment.
- Communication : Answer and manage phone calls for various entities, ensuring effective communication.
- Travel Coordination : Research and book business travel arrangements efficiently.
- Supplies Management : Order and maintain office supplies to support operations.
- Mail Services : Handle mail distribution, prepare overnight packages, and manage courier pick-ups.
- Cultural Contribution : Actively contribute to a positive workplace culture and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION
- Education : Associate degree or higher.
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of front desk experience in an office setting.
