Compensation Range : $51,100 - $64,000
Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and / or location.
Job Purpose
We are seeking an organized, self-motivated Office Administrator to provide support to the ABSL Longmont site and proactively manage routine administrative functions.
This position will report directly to the General Manager, Space and Medical, US.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or customer facing position.
- Positive attitude.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
