HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :
As an Electrical Engineer specializing in communication systems, you will :
- Develop system and component-level requirements for electrical and communication system designs.
- Design and analyze analog and digital circuit assemblies to improve elevator communication systems.
- Lead Design Failure Mode and Effect Analyses (DFMEAs) for components and systems.
- Perform environmental and functional qualification tests on hardware.
- Collaborate with compliance agencies to prepare test plans and documentation for global standards.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to bring designs into production environments.
- Solve complex technical challenges and improve the performance of existing elevator systems.
ARE YOU A COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS ROCK STAR?
The ideal candidate will have :
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (with a focus on communication systems).
- 5+ years of experience with electrical component and assembly design, as well as communication system design.
- Expertise in analog and digital signal analysis and measurements.
- Hands-on experience designing and validating systems with both wired (e.g., CAN, Ethernet, USB) and wireless communication interfaces (e.
g., BLE, WiFi, Cellular).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a matrix organization.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or certifications in networking and communication systems.
- Prior experience designing or testing systems for worldwide telecommunication standards compliance.
