Role Overview :

We are seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer (Senior level available) to play a key role in designing, modifying, and supporting manufacturing lines at a large, complex facility.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate specifications, optimize automation systems, and drive innovative solutions .

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement high-impact automation projects using advanced technologies.
• Improve and troubleshoot current automation infrastructure through root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making .
• Build Internet-of-Things (IoT) connectivity between machines.
• Provide full technical support to engineers, production lines, and cross-functional teams.
• Utilize LEAN or continuous improvement practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in automation and controls.
• Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs (or similar systems).
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail .
• Experience with electrical schematics, troubleshooting, and system design .
