Job Description :
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team in a fast-paced casual dining environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive operational success.
This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and performance.
- Manage financial performance by monitoring sales, labor costs, and inventory levels to achieve profitability goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to implement marketing initiatives and promote special events.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining and kitchen areas to ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff to maintain optimal service levels.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with guests and staff.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in restaurant operations.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
