Sales Development Coordinator

Location : Remote

Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and sales leads through strategic outbound efforts including phone, email, and social media engagement.

You will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy of our sales CRM and supporting the sales department’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, mailers, and social media engagement.
  • Build and foster relationships with prospective clients, physicians, and corporate offices to generate leads and expand market reach.
  • Execute follow-up tasks, including scheduled calls and marketing campaigns, to generate warm leads for the outside sales team.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department and assist the outside sales team with materials and logistics.
  • Organize, collect, and record data within the sales CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve call scripts for better lead generation.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Participate in industry conferences and trade shows, managing event logistics when necessary.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or sales / marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives and key decision-makers.
  • Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to modern technology, and able to work independently.
  • Dependable, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment :

This is a full-time remote position with strict adherence to a work-from-home policy. You must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for speaking with prospects.

Occasional travel may be required for industry conferences or meetings.

Schedule :

Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm EST or according to client business hours.
