JOB SUMMARY :
The Food Production Associate - Basket Room is responsible for effectively performing all the required duties of the position in an accurate, thorough, and safe manner while following all HACCP and GMP procedures.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must follow all HACCP and GMP procedures.
- Self-starter capable of working on their own with limited supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
- Must be able to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.
- Must be able to work in 30-degree temperatures for long periods of time.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and peel 20-30 pound logs of meat.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Must be able to push / pull a rolling rack of product that weighs over 1,000 pounds.
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week and overtime if necessary
