LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary to join our client’s team in Florence, KY.
This role requires experience in an office environment, strong data entry skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support :
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for office staff.
Front Desk Duties :
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Greet visitors and provide them with appropriate information or direct them to the right person.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing shipments.
Data Entry :
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Generate and maintain reports as required.
Office Coordination :
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring all necessary items are stocked.
- Assist with organizing office events, meetings, and other activities.
- Provide general support to office staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar office environment role is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work well in a team environment.
