Executive Director of Skilled Nursing Facility
Estimated annual salary range : $100,000 - $120,000
A leading healthcare company with multiple facilities in the state of Ohio is currently recruiting for a compassionate leader to assume the position of Nursing Home Administrator for a facility in the Youngstown, OH area.
The position of Executive Director is a full time salaried position that offers a competitive salary plus bonus programs.

Qualified candidates must :
- Meet all Ohio State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
- Hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of Ohio.
- Have at least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
- Have strong management and operation skills, strong math / budgetary skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
