Key Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience : A minimum of 5 years in banking or the financial sector, with a strong track record in originating and executing cross-border transactions.
- Skills : Exceptional credit analysis capabilities, coupled with a thorough understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Languages : Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Travel : Willingness to travel and adapt to different time zones as needed.
- Work Authorization : Must be legally permitted to work in the US without sponsorship.
Your Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition : Proactively seek out new clients, leveraging a diverse array of the bank's products and services.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue business opportunities through collaboration with the Head Office and other branches.
- Relationship Management : Cultivate and enhance relationships with our valued clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Transaction Management : Oversee the full underwriting cycle, from deal evaluation and structuring to execution, including negotiation and credit analysis.
- KYC and Onboarding : Lead KYC processes and account onboarding to ensure compliance and smooth client integration.
