Senior Director of Product - Gen AI

As a Product Owner for Gen AI Initiatives, you will be at the forefront of driving transformative projects leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).

This role demands a seasoned professional who not only possesses a solid background in data science and AI but also has extensive experience as a product owner in digital or data and analytics space.

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while focusing on enhancing customer experiences and optimizing employee productivity.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in digital or data and analytics space, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong background in data science, AI, and ML, with hands-on experience in applying these technologies to solve real-world problems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Innovative mindset with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and drive out-of-the-box solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong focus on business outcomes, customer experience, and employee productivity.
• Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
