Position Summary
The Production Lead is responsible for monitoring daily activity of the production line and is a point person for line workers by ensuring team work, activity coordination and productivity on the shift.
The Production Lead is also responsible for preparation of batter mixtures and maintaining finished product quality coming off of the line.
