Project Manager Estimator - Concrete Restoration Department

Position Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing Concrete Restoration team. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail strong organizational skills and a successful history of accurate cost estimation and efficient project management.

The ideal candidate will be analytical solutionsoriented and skilled in both client communication and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and estimate commercial construction projects from inception through completion
• Develop detailed cost estimates by analyzing project plans blueprints and specifications
• Prepare comprehensive takeoffs scopes of work and bid packages
• Obtain quotes from subcontractors suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
• Present detailed proposals and cost estimates to clients reflecting indepth project analysis
• Manage project scheduling budgeting and quality control to ensure timely onbudget completion
• Coordinate project activities with clients subcontractors and team members to meet all project goals
• Generate and develop leads for future projects
• Maintain all project documentation including contracts change orders and reports with accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications :

• Education : A bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field is required
• Experience : At least 35 years in commercial construction estimating with a solid understanding of project management principles
• Skills :
• Proficient in reading construction plans and specifications
• Strong ability to budget schedule negotiate and manage costs effectively
• Familiar with contract and subcontract terms
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Specialty Contractors or a SelfPerforming contractor preferred
• Sales / marketing experience is a plus
• Travel : Willingness to travel to and from job sites; travel expenses will be covered when applicable

Work Environment :

This role involves both office and field settings. Job sites may include exposure to seasonal temperatures high spaces small spaces loud noises and environments requiring prolonged standing or walking.

Candidates should be comfortable in both indoor and outdoor settings and around active construction areas.
