Akkodis is recruiting for a Surface Mount Process Engineer for a manufacturer in the West Melbourne, FL area. This is a direct hire position with a pay range of $80-$85K DOE.
The SMT Process Lead Engineer facilitates the completion of the day-to-day activities supporting the PCBA production line including shift guidance, PM’s, cleaning, equipment set-up, equipment operation, programming / debug, and troubleshooting.
- Program and debug Pick & Place equipment.
- Perform daily PM’s on equipment (including cleaning).
- Monitors hourly and daily performance of production equipment and team members; develops and implements improvements to optimize process efficiency.
- ODB++ programming
- Education : Bachelor’s degree
- Experience : Minimum two (4) years’ related experience.
