Client Job Description Our client is a leading national home loan lender and is currently seeking a Home Loan Specialist in St Louis MO.
Responsibilities : The Home Loan Specialist is an entry level role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.
The Home Loan Specialist will : Perform routine data entry and validation tasksInitiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.
Review and validate loan documentsHandle routine calls, emails and / or chat responsesMonitor work queues and intervening as neededPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Qualifications : Associate's degree or equivalent work experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFinancial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferredGeneral understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
