Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual
That brings a high level of business acumen, strategy, attention to detail and creative to help lead an account to the next level.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of all marketing projects, and promote CLEAResult’s service lines, capabilities, or campaigns to existing clients and / or new clients in an effort to expand current relationship and continue to present innovation / value.
Ideal candidates for this position live in the Portland, OR area.

- Foster and build client relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction; Deliver favorable CLEAResult Client Satisfaction Scores
- Deliver best-in-class client service.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Program teams and Program Directors to identify and grow opportunities within various territories.
- Responsible for accurately forecasting and delivering on projected client revenue in relation to agency labor hours and direct costs.
- Increase revenue and profitability through account growth, contract renewals and / or streamlined labor hour allocations
- Foster client relationships and develop data-driven marketing strategy for a variety of clients and projects
- Provide the day-to-day marketing planning, development and execution for a suite of clients
- Manage project code set up and project resource allocation
- Assist in meeting agency KPI’s and revenue goals
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have
- 8-10+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications preferred
