Position Overview : We are in search of a Superintendent with a proven track record in marine construction, particularly in commercial or residential projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting high-quality standards, and maintaining a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities of Superintendent :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of marine construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving on-site.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in marine construction.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or residential marine construction.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of marine construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage and resolve complex issues effectively.
