HOURS : This is a Full Time M-F 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm in office position at our Wilsonville, OR office
About the Role : As a member of the order entry team, you will be responsible for entering our customers' orders into our ERP system.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To conduct oneself with the highest levels of Integrity, positively representing the company and employees in a trustworthy, and sincere manner.
- Receive and review detailed customer orders prior to entry into the system to ensure there are no missing specifications and the pricing is accurate.
- Working with the Production and Operations teams to identify order specifications that are missing, wrong or are in conflict.
- Resolve customer needs, ensuring order accuracy in a timely manner, related to Alliance order entry process and production standards.
- Positively and professionally follow up and provide feedback with customers related to orders.
- Serve as customer contact when applicable.
- Enter reviewed orders into our ERP system, with a specific focus on accuracy.
- Ensure orders are dated appropriately for each customer's standard delivery days.
- Enter orders for stocked and pre-hung standard SKUed items
- Review the order for accuracy prior to the final completion of the order and generate the manufactured order (M / O) for production.
- Receive and manage change orders within the system.
- Show competence in learning Alliance's residential door and millwork products and achieve a good understanding of the branch's shop, warehouse, and shipping process.
- Other duties as directed.
EXPEREINCE, REQUIRED AND PREFERRED :
- Prefer at least five (5) year of experience working in a customer service-oriented office environment.
- Familiarity with the millwork industry or the building industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate concisely and clearly in both written and verbal exchanges.
- Significant experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proven attention to detail, accuracy of work, and commitment to quality.
WAGE : Hourly D.O.E.
