The instructor will be responsible forusing and continually improving the teaching material of theirsubjects. These improvements will be reported and supervised by theacademic coordinator.

REQUIREMENTS / ESSENTIALCAPABILITIES
- Ability to manage onlineeducational platforms and training programs.
- Able to organize and instruct assigned courses to promotestudents success while maintaining academic rigor.
- Able to review and improve the syllabus for assignedcourses.
- Willingness to deliver all requestededucational materials to the Faculty Management Department in atimely manner.
- Ability to promote andfacilitate interaction ensuring learning bycollaboration.
- Ability to motivate and guidestudents in class and answer the forums in the expectedtime.
- Takes responsibility for tracking andevaluating student learning course objective achievement andproviding feedback.
- Take responsibility forattending the classes assigned by being present 15 minutes beforethe class starts and answering any questions or needs.
- Willingness to attend faculty meetings official functionsand perform other duties as may be required by the administrationas is commensurate with instructorsposition.
