Vaco is assisting in hiring an Office Project Manager to work closely with their Office Manager to support and take ownership of specific tasks.
This individual should be highly detailed oriented and is able to multi-task. They would also like this individual to be proficient with Excel - formulas, manipulation of data, etc.
Hiring Manager expressed that the candidate don't need CSR / Account Management experience - they can train them on that.
Ultimately want an individual with amazing work ethic and is always looking to improve functions in a business.

- Work Friday after Thanksgiving & every Saturday between Thanksgiving and Christmas Saturday : 8am-2pm
Account Management / CSR Tasks :
- Manage / process online orders
- Manage vendor relations 3rd party vendors vendor portals
- Customer Service Handle inbound / outbound activities resolve issues / complaints Walk-ins answer questions & take orders
Inventory Tasks :
- monthly inventory of collateral (ribbon, cards, artwork)
- create / manage spreadsheet of items and track / address when inventory starts to get low
- create labels for products specs of products ingredient documentation
