IT Business Systems Analyst II
TeamSoft IT Solution’s client is looking for a direct hire IT Business Systems Analyst II. This position is hybrid in Downers Grove, IL for a manufacturing company.
This direct hire position pays between 90,000- 95,000 / year
IT Business Systems Analyst II Job Summary :
- Develops and maintains a working relationship and understanding of business operations and system interfaces throughout the company.
- Serves as the primary liaison between IT and assigned business functional areas.
- Responsible for requirements gathering, specification development, test plan development, and execution through interviews, workflow analysis, and / or facilitated discussions with others.
- Assist in evaluating business needs, research, and perform impact analysis of new requirements or changes.
- Gathers, analyzes, and reports on data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and architect business solutions that leverage ERP capabilities.
- Documents business processes and / or system functionality. Develops and maintains the corporate knowledge base for ERP and ancillary applications and associated environments.
- Serves as an expert on the functional configuration, capabilities, and usage of the company ERP system.
IT Business Systems Analyst II Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- 4 years of professional working experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- 3 years of experience supporting modern ERP and IT applications; defining and mapping business processes and understanding integration between various applications.
- Deacom ERP experience is preferred, but not required.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
