YOUR SCHEDULE

We're open from Monday - Wednesday, 7 : 45 am - 5 : 00 pm and Thursday, 6 : 50 am - 3 : 00 pm , giving you a 4-day workweek every week!

YOUR DAY

As our Dentistry Office Manager, every day provides new opportunities to positively impact our practice and patients! You're in charge of vital administrative matters like managing payroll, maintaining appointment and staffing calendars, performing employee reviews, and implementing strategic cost-cutting measures where possible.

You want our patients to receive the best care, and you ensure our dental team complies with all laws and regulations.

With a positive and uplifting attitude, you explain treatment plans to patients, help them navigate payments and insurance, and resolve any issues they may have.

Attentive to detail, you also update and maintain our records and create reports. You take pride in keeping us on track and ensuring we fully serve our patients!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 2+ years of dental supervisory or management experience
• Computer proficiency and ability to use Eaglesoft
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and conflict resolution skills

5+ years of relevant experience would be preferred.
