Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to determine clients rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Facilitate therapeutic and support groups.
- Provide education on coping strategies and life skills.
- Monitor clients progress and adjust plans as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Psychology Social Work or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience in rehabilitation or mental health settings.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
