Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Waste Water Treatment Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects related to waste water treatment in Honolulu, HI.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, specifically in the field of waste water treatment, and will contribute to the success of medium to large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Project Leadership : Lead and manage waste water treatment projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Construction Management : Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination, with a focus on waste water treatment facilities.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and engineering staff to achieve project objectives.
  • Client Interaction : Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction in the waste water treatment sector.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with environmental regulations and standards applicable to waste water treatment.
  • Budget Oversight : Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for waste water treatment projects.
  • Software Proficiency : Utilize construction software, including Bluebeam and other relevant tools, for project management and documentation.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience : 6+ years of experience in commercial project management, with a focus on waste water treatment construction projects.
  • Software Skills : Proficiency in construction software, including Bluebeam and other relevant tools.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership : Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Stable Work History : Demonstrated stability in employment history.
  • Local Candidates : Must be based in or willing to relocate to Honolulu, HI.
