Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in managing restaurants, preferably within an all-inclusive resort setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality, family-friendly dining experiences
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a history of good job tenure and consistent career progression
- Caribbean experience is highly desirable, with a deep understanding of regional dining preferences and cultural nuances
- Must be US citizen / passport holder
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
