About the Role : The Customer Success Engineering team oversees the customer support experience. We enable our global operations to support our customers' experience to get the help they need, when they need it.

As a member of the Customer Success Engineering team, you would be directly responsible for the customer and agent experience, including our customer's access to our agents. You Will :

Develop reactive frontend solutions using frameworks like React and Angular to deliver the best user experiences for our customers.

Design and implement solutions for ambiguous and difficult problems involving multiple technologies and systems (TypeScript, Java / Kotlin, Go).

Participate in code review, mentoring, and ramping new hires. Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts to achieve outstanding customer experiences.

Report to the Engineering Manager of the Customer Success team.

You Have :

3+ years of software development experience. Mobile app development (Android, iOS, or React Native) experience. Professional experience with one of the following programming languages : Typescript, JavaScript, Kotlin, Java, Go.

Passion for UI / UX and ability to write clean, maintainable code. Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating with backend services.

Compensation Details. Compensation Details : The starting base salary range for this position is typically $136,000- $170,000.
