About the role

Scaling to $1B ARR and beyond means we need to build a go-to-market engine that drives growth across dozens of product SKUs, sales segments, buyer personas, and countries.

That's where you come in.

The GTM team brings Rippling closer to our customers. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll orchestrate the product marketing of Rippling's IT business.

We'll look to you for expertise on who those customers are and how to design strategies to reach and connect with them. You will gather and analyze market intelligence to ensure we tell the right stories in the right channels, so our sales team can win.

This role is highly cross-functional. You will work closely with Rippling's Sales teams, the rest of our Marketing machine, and our product organization.

Our GTM team sits within the marketing organization. It's based in our San Francisco office.

What you will doBecome a product evangelist for our IT solutions and define the go-to-market strategy for new launches.Develop GTM fundamentals, including messaging, positioning, personas, and more,Conduct deep customer research and synthesize insights about our products, target audiences, personas, and differentiation vs competitorsPartner closely with the Product organization to define the product roadmapCreate an always-on feedback loop between sales, product, and marketingEducate our sales teams and create sales tools / collateral to help them winBe a spokesperson, evangelist, expert, and thought leader with analysts, customers, and partners.

Approach business growth with a general manager mindset - a focus on how to improve awareness, attach rate, win rate, adoption, and customer retentionWhat you will need

5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical product marketing, consulting, business operations, or general management.

2+ years in marketing highly preferred)Experience in SaaS tech businesses, preferably in the IT technology / security spaceProven ability to translate customer and market insights into crisp GTM fundamentals, including segmentation, buyer personas, messaging, competitive positioning, pricing recommendations, and more.

You love to dive deep into products. You team effectively with product managers and engineers because you know the ins and outs of the product as well as they do.

You pride yourself in making the impossible possible. You are resourceful, have a bias towards action, and get energy juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You are results-oriented and evidence-driven. You speak the truth even when it's inconvenient and admit what you don't know.

Superb ability to influence, collaborate and project manage. You build trust with a variety of personalities and get folks onside, even when there are competing priorities.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You clearly tell a story without resorting to jargon.You are a quick learner.

You pick up context rapidly and easily adapt to new challenges.You are an exceptional problem solver. You can decompose complex problems, identify patterns from noise, develop action plans, and effectively communicate insightsA creative spark.

Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is :

120,000 - 210,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)

108,000 - 189,000 USD per year (US Tier 2)

102,000 - 178,500 USD per year (US Tier 3)
