Direct hire Business Development Manager based out of Rosemont, IL!
What's in it for you as a Account Executive :
- Base salary of $100,000-$115,000 plus commission structure negotiable based on experience

Job Responsibilities & Description for Business Development Manager :
- Onboarding new customers
- Lead and contribute to sales strategies and quotas
- Attend industry events and visit customers for in person meetings and demos
- Manage existing lead generation and conduct cold calls to generate new leads
- Track and manage all accounts and activity through proprietary CRM
Job Requirements for Business Development Manager :
- Experience in the air cargo industry
- 3 years sales experience
- Experience with account management from open to close
- Ability to analyze data and trends while staying current with company offerings and industry trends
- Must be comfortable with technology to demo product
- Willingness to travel 10-20%
Preferred Requirements for Business Development Manager :
- Bachelor's in business, marketing, or related
- 5 years sales experience
- Negotiation experience
