Direct hire Business Development Manager based out of Rosemont, IL!

What's in it for you as a Account Executive :

• Base salary of $100,000-$115,000 plus commission structure negotiable based on experience

Job Responsibilities & Description for Business Development Manager :

• Onboarding new customers
• Lead and contribute to sales strategies and quotas
• Attend industry events and visit customers for in person meetings and demos
• Manage existing lead generation and conduct cold calls to generate new leads
• Track and manage all accounts and activity through proprietary CRM

Job Requirements for Business Development Manager :

• Experience in the air cargo industry
• 3 years sales experience
• Experience with account management from open to close
• Ability to analyze data and trends while staying current with company offerings and industry trends
• Must be comfortable with technology to demo product
• Willingness to travel 10-20%

Preferred Requirements for Business Development Manager :

• Bachelor's in business, marketing, or related
• 5 years sales experience
• Negotiation experience
