You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality construction documents for various commercial projects, including retail stores, restaurants, and offices.

What You'll Do :
- Assist in creating construction documents using Revit software.
- Manage project schedules and budgets.
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Oversee project kick-off meetings and coordinate with consultants.
- Review and approve shop drawings and address field inquiries.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients and explore future project opportunities.
We're looking for a candidate with :
- Bachelor of Architecture.
- 3+ years of experience creating construction documents (commercial / retail preferred).
- Proficiency in Revit software.
- A strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A plus if you have :
- Project Architect or Project Management experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Master's degree in Architecture.
- Professional licensure.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive salary range : $31.00 - $50.00 per hour (DOE).
- Potential transition to a direct salaried position.
- Flexible work schedule (M-F, 8-5).
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Business casual work environment.
