Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking an Anaplan Product Owner to support the Finance organization. In this highly visible position with a high potential for growth, the Anaplan Product Owner will interface with stakeholders from all levels within the Finance organization, and will play a critical role in the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Broadridge’s Anaplan models.
The successful applicant will possess strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit and become excited about building out Broadridge’s Anaplan team.
Work-Mode : We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of Anaplan models and solutions in alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and prioritize features and functionalities.
- Manage the Anaplan product roadmap and backlog, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
- Guide and mentor team members in Anaplan development best practices.
- Ensure the integration of Anaplan solutions with other business systems and processes.
- Monitor and report on the performance of Anaplan solutions, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain complete documentation of all FP&A Anaplan models.
- Point of contact for any Anaplan Production issues.
- Provide user training and support for Anaplan end users and model builders within the Finance organization.
- Remain engaged in Anaplan’s user community to stay updated on Anaplan features and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Anaplan development.
- Anaplan Solution Architect certification.
- Strong background in Finance and FP&A activities and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes, including data mappings and transformation.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP, AWS, Snowflake, and / or Power BI is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in managing large-scale Anaplan implementations.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
