JobResponsibilities :

Serve as technical lead for assignedservices / projects for support / development work.

Responsible for working closely with Account / Delivery Managers onmultiple projects.

Serve as technical owner accountablefor project outcomes for assigned work.

Participate inContinuous Improvement initiatives on an as requestedbasis.

Participate in formal education programcurriculum development content creation training delivery andcertification evaluations on an asneeded basis.

Serve asliaison between sales accounts team Delivery team customer and theproduct endusers ensuring the accounts team is aware ofopportunities risks and overall customer satisfaction.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum JobRequirements :

10 years of experience in ApplicationIntegration and Healthcare domain.

5 years of experiencebuilding custom Rhapsody integrations in a healthcareenvironment.

Proficiency in JavaScript withinRhapsody

Hands on experience on RhapsodyInterface Support

2 years experience with REST APIintegrations.

Experience with HL7 v2 FHIR X12 complexXML and other data standards applicable to healthcaredomain..

Demonstrates a proactive approach towardsproblemsolving and is selfsufficient in resolving tasksindependently without guidance.

Accountability to beable to work within a small group of stakeholders and seniorconsultants

Demonstrates proficiency in processing anddeciphering data from diverse sources skillfully detectingcorrelations and patterns and drawing causal inferences.

Possessesa creative mindset capable of generating multiple and innovativesolutions systematically evaluating each option and ultimatelyselecting the most suitable approach.

Assumesaccountability for managing their own productivity and efficientlyutilizing time. Possesses a keen sense of situational awareness andcan identify opportunities to contribute value without explicitinstruction.

Proficient in identifying and executingstrategies to optimize circumstances and enhanceoutcomes.

Exhibits a high degree of analytical acumen byeffectively identifying and isolating critical elements withincomplex problems and scenarios.

Able to identify andseparate out the key components of problems and situations. Able tomanipulate and interpret information from a range of sources tospot patterns and trends in information and to deduce cause andeffect from this.

Can generate a range of creative solutionsevaluate them and choose the most appropriate option

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team of developersand support analysts.

Preferred Skills andExperience :

10 years of project experience forintegration projects on various Integration platforms.

Experience using TLS for encryption and authentication

Experience with HTTPS Kafka and AMQP communicationprotocols

Experience with web services and cloud awaretechnologies

Completed Rhapsody product ProfessionalCertification
