- Receive, count, and verify incoming orders
- Label, pack, and unpack items for storage in stockrooms
- Collect all the parts from the shelves and put them in the container labeled with WO
- Communicate with other stock workers and the purchasing department in their daily duties
- Keep track of shop supplies and request to purchase when needed
- Keep the stock room neat and orderly
- Count inventory to ensure the numbers are accurate
Qualifications :
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Written and oral comprehension skills
- Able to complete tasks with little to no direct supervision
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Physically capable of bending to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
